Julie Moulin is a French writer. She has published two novels, Jupe et pantalon and Domovoï. Her short stories have appeared in anthologies in Switzerland. In Singapore, she runs the podcast Marcher entre les lignes (Walk between the lines), dedicated to Singapore literature.
