Rhanydell Bien Baysa is a Baguio-based cultural and development worker who writes in English, Filipino, and Ilocano. His critical and creative works have appeared in Cha: An Asian Literary Journal, Paper Monsters Press’ Pyrotechnic Poetry, Eunoia Review, Ligaw Anthology, Ti Similla and Bulawan: Literary Journal of Northern Mindanao; one of his poems won 2nd Place for the Land Rights Artist Prize in 2023.
