for a photo I saw you smile again "all encounters in life are reunions after a long time apart"
Autumn arrives in Chinatown
poured into blush, plum wine hangs from the paper lanterns, rain draped between windows, the language here is familiar to unfamiliar ears, hear at the touch of water, umbrellas bloom pulled into different directions as chili-oiled noodles and black vinegar, petrol sheened pigeons on the sidewalk your presence is full and fertile, the buildings sprout like grass like honesty, I thought honesty needed to hurt like a fresh scraped knee if so, is the scar acceptance? you ask did you know you are loved by somebody? know that the stars are all there — that they were never truly nocturnal.
