These few sloppy lines contained a person,
who made an appearance here and there
to do all kinds of unmemorable things,
like putting on the kettle, stroking a kitten,
pulling out weeds, or striking a bargain.
That person has been missing for a while,
about which no reader complains at all,
but the scatterbrain who wrote these lines
just realized he forgot to put himself in them
and is finally remedying his shortcoming.
